Quite suddenly, in the middle of the afternoon, I decided to make pastry. This is what not smoking can do.

    During the past holidays while we had 'smoking' guests, I actually told my husband that our living room stinks...he agreed...I don't think I ever said that in my entire life !?
    So, puff pastry, eh?
